Kristi Dunlap Ransom assists owners, developers and governmental entities in land use law, zoning, subdivision and commercial development and with highway/road access issues. Zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations can often be an intricate maze of rules and requirements. She can help property owners navigate that maze by representing clients before local boards or commissions such as the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals or Historic Zoning Commission. She will not only assist clients with the approval process, but also continue that representation with restrictive covenants and the creation of homeowners associations and, if needed, in state court.
